What to expect from cancer support treatment?

The effect of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) treatment will vary on a case by case basis, as there are several key dependencies such as type of cancer, stage of cancer, patient's existing conventional treatment, and so on.

Generally, using TCM in treating cancer-related pain, such as acupuncture, can frequently show markedly positive results.

It is reasonable to expect that weekly or twice-weekly acupuncture treatments will noticeably and consistently reduce pain (and the need for pain-relief medication).
