One of the things I do in Korea is work on Medical AI for healthier aging.

We analyse movement — including range of motion, tremor, coordination, and movement speed — and turn that information into meaningful data.

It’s exciting to be part of building Digital Biomarkers that can bring research, technology, and patient care closer together.

Aging shouldn’t be guessed. It should be measured.

Sometimes it’s not the event itself, but what it does to your body:
poor sleep, stress, muscle tension, and nervous system overload.

That’s why headaches can show up after a stressful event.

Acupuncture can be a helpful option for some types of headache — especially tension-type headaches and migraine prevention.

If your headaches keep coming back, let’s look at the bigger picture.

Hypermobility doesn’t always feel loose. In clinic Hypermobility doesn’t always feel loose.
In clinic, I often see the opposite — joints move a lot, but the muscles feel constantly tight.

So with hamstrings, I don’t focus on pushing for more range.

• Slightly bend the knee
• Keep the thigh active
• Reach through the heel
• Create gentle tension through the strap
• Stop before the joint starts to take over
⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
The goal isn’t “How far can I stretch?”
It’s “Can I reduce muscle tension while keeping the joint supported?”

Long term: strength and control.
Short term: gentle, controlled mobility.

Flexed foot → more stability and connection. Point Flexed foot → more stability and connection.
Pointed foot → more length and reach.

The goal isn’t to choose one.

It’s to keep the hip centred while the leg changes position — through bending, rotation, kickbacks and extension.

Find the centre.
Create the length.
Then move without losing either.

Everything connects.

As we get older, adapting to those changes can become harder.

That’s why I like training hip stability, ankle control and foot position together.

The goal is simple:
stay stable while the body keeps moving.

Hypermobility: the key is knowing the difference b Hypermobility: the key is knowing the difference between short-term relief and long-term treatment.

In clinic, I often see muscles become overly tight as they work harder to protect unstable joints.

Short term: gentle release, acupuncture, massage or physio can help ease the tension.

Long term: build strength, control and joint stability.

When you walk, your weight shifts onto one leg aga When you walk, your weight shifts onto one leg again and again.

The goal is better frontal-plane control:
Your outer hip controls the pelvis,
while your obliques control the trunk.

Because in real life, we don’t use muscles in isolation.

So we train:

side movement → oblique connection → weight shift → single-leg control
