Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, we are now offering online consultations to our patients.

We will be available for online herbal consultation via Facetime, Zoom, txt message and phone calls, as long as I would be able to post it to your address.

We would like to recommend to get some extra herbs (infertility patient, arthritis, mental support, IBS and coughing or cold symptoms etc) during this time as you might not be able to easily access acupuncture and other TCM treatments.

In Clinic :
We will be guided by the recommendations of both the State and Federal Government, as well as our professional association, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and AACMA.
As a Clinic, the measures we have in place to protect your safety are the following
​
1.Request that all patients to abide by the regulations regarding self-isolation, overseas travel restrictions and the display of any signs and symptoms of COVID-19.
2.Removed some chair from the waiting room to allow adequate social distancing.
3.Request that every patients washes their hands with soap for 20seconds upon entry to the
Clinic.
4.Removal of the water cooler and magazines.
5.Removal of all towels, table covers and gowns for the treatment rooms.
If a bowl is to be used, it will only be used once, and will be laundered at 90 degrees.
6.A single use face-shield is applied to the table headpiece for each treatment and disposal of immediately after.
7.A table and head-piece will be sprayed and wiped down with an anti-bacterial cleanser following every treatment.
8.Your practitioner has hand sanitizer which which they will use after every treatment.
9.All common areas will be wiped down regularly with an anti-bacterial cleanser, focusing special attention in al door handles and doors, chairs, desks,EFTPOS machines, bathroom facilities and light switches.
We are hopeful, by taking these measures, we will minimise the risk.
