How Can We Help ?

A typical treatment adopted for neurological disorders is acupuncture combined with Daoyin* which is a technique that stimulates part of the patient's brain through acupuncture with simultaneous physical movement to activate the patient's own intent and will to recover.
Patients could also be prescribed with herbal medicine to assist with internal functions and associated health issues.

*Daoyin - During the needle retention period, patients actively participate in various physical and mental exercises, and relaxation. The combination of acupuncture and Daoyin magnifies the results enormously.

Zhu's scalp acupuncture hinges on stimulating the scalp to stimulate the body’s own natural ability to re-connect and heal as a single unit.
Often patients are encouraged to retain the needles in their scalp, for a few days, to prolong the constant waves of therapeutic effect. This is a safe technique and should not lead to any discomfort. In many cases, combining TCM with the ongoing treatment and care with their other health professionals could provide better results for the patients.
